About the Role
As the Concession Manager, you'll take charge of a highly repected brand within David Jones. You'll bring energy, style and exceptional service to every interaction, building lasting relationships with loyal clients and VIPs.
What You Will Do
Lead and inspire your team to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience
Drive sales and service results through consultative, client-first retailing
Build and grow VIP clientele through events, styling sessions and follow-up
Maintain exceptional visual standards and brand presentation
Manage rosters, stock and daily operations with precision and pride
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in women's fashion or premium retail
Natural ability to style, engage and connect with clients
Confident people leader with a passion for coaching and motivation
A love for fashion, quality and refined service
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
