Chapter Lead Personalisation & Digital Comms role at 7-Eleven Australia

As Chapter Lead for Personalisation & Digital Comms, you’ll own and evolve 7‑Eleven’s personalisation capability — building expertise, embedding best practice, and driving innovation across loyalty, digital, and media touchpoints.

This role bridges strategy and execution to deliver on 7‑Eleven’s ambition to be Australia’s favourite neighbourhood convenience store. You’ll lead a passionate team, shaping how we use data, technology, and creativity to deliver meaningful, one‑to‑one experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide Personalisation & Digital Comms strategy and roadmap, ensuring best practice and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing chapter, fostering continuous learning, ownership, and innovation.
• Translate customer insights and segmentation into actionable, data-driven personalisation strategies that improve lifecycle engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Embed personalisation across owned and paid channels (email, app, push, social, programmatic), ensuring consistency of message and tone.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to optimise audience targeting, measurement, and cross-channel performance.
• Champion 7‑Eleven’s digital transformation, ensuring our Martech stack, CDP, and data systems enable personalisation at scale.
• Oversee key vendor and platform partnerships (Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimiser, Analytics or equivalents).
• Represent the personalisation craft across the business, aligning to brand, loyalty, and digital experience goals.
