Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ & Compliance Lead to drive safety, quality, and regulatory excellence across our Industries business lines. You will play a key role in strengthening our compliance frameworks, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive HSEQ culture.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract , offering the opportunity to lead and influence significant HSEQ and compliance initiatives. You will contribute to system improvements, audit readiness, and operational alignment during a critical phase of development and growth.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing compliance with NATA accreditation, ISO certifications, and our Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS). You’ll drive a proactive HSEQ culture by leading internal audits, supporting corrective actions, and guiding teams through accreditation and compliance requirements.
This role acts as the central point of coordination between site management, internal stakeholders, and external accreditation and regulatory bodies.
