Assistant Director - Strategic Design and Engagement
Reporting to the Director Communications, the Assistant Director Strategic Design and Engagement leads the development and implementation of brand strategy, visual identity, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that support the Courts’ and Tribunal’s strategic communications objectives.
This role requires a high level of creative execution, including the direct development of visual assets and design materials. The Assistant Director is responsible for shaping how the broader Listed Entity is perceived internally and externally, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate values and priorities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners, the role drives strategic brand positioning, produces and manages design outputs, and fosters strong relationships to enhance communication impact across the organisation.
