Role Overview

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This opportunity supports one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses in Wallsend.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines.
• Encourage skill‑building, independence, and decision‑making.
• Support community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & personal vehicle).
• Follow person‑centred plans with empathy and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships with our clients.
