The Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing team based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs – Somerton. In the role, you will be leading a team of production workers on a variety of tasks to be performed throughout the caravan assembly process to our standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Working collaboratively within a team environment
• Manage workflows, staff attendances and effective outputs
• Following standard operating procedures and achieve cycle times
• Always follow Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Collaborating with other team leaders and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations, escalation matters which may create risk or quality issues
• Monitoring teamwork with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Snowy River’s risk exposure and liabilities
• Ability to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit off
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet all shift
