Role Description

COMMISION ONLY

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, prospecting new clients, providing property information, closing sales deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and Property Analysis
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting
• Time Management and Organizational skills
• Real estate experience and valid real estate license in NSW
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
