An exciting opportunity has opened within our Melbourne-based Construction Team for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager . We're looking for a dynamic professional with proven experience to manage and grow both new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll be Doing :

• Proactively grow market share across your portfolio
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through strategic planning and analysis
• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and customer engagement cycle
• Collaborate strategically with the broader Sales team
• Develop tailored strategies to meet evolving customer needs
• Provide hands‑on support and build lasting customer relationships
