Full‑time, continuing, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. Base salary level D : A$180,254 – A$198,584 p.a. (pro rata for part‑time) plus 17% super.
About the Role
As the Education Lead at the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health, you'll spearhead the development of innovative education programmes that shape the future of healthcare. You will lead a nationally recognised team, drive strategies that influence government policy and professional standards, collaborate with industry leaders, develop revenue‑generating programmes and make a lasting impact across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape national strategies for healthcare workforce capability building in data and digital health, influencing policy and professional standards.
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of innovative education and professional development offerings that meet sector needs and generate revenue.
- Convene and lead industry advisory boards, fostering collaborations with healthcare organisations, clinical colleges and government agencies.
- Lead and develop the Education and Workforce Development team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, award‑winning programmes.
