Regional Sales Manager, Northern – GWA Group Limited

Are you a hands-on sales leader ready to drive growth and inspire a high-performing team? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Northern region (covering Central Coast up to Lismore), who will be responsible for delivering the sales budget and leading a small team to success.
About the Role
Ideally based in Newcastle or surrounds, as our new Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be out on the road, building relationships, chasing new business opportunities, and leading by example. You’ll manage and develop the sales function across all customer segments - Merchant, Builder / Residential, and Commercial - ensuring we achieve budgeted sales revenues, margins, and market share growth. You’ll also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to grow each segment, while coaching and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding results.
