We are looking for a Manager in Risk Advisory & Assurance Domain to support client delivery for NAB and other clients in Australia. The role requires leadership and technical experience in risk advisory, understanding of Genpact risk solutions, and ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client delivery of risk and assurance solutions across global locations.
- Communicate independently with clients, creating and managing business relationships.
- Support business development activities across Risk Advisory domain, mining new opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
- Manage multiple customer engagements, leading teams with end‑to‑end responsibility for planning, execution, and achievement of client mandate.
- Define project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards; review design assessment and operational effectiveness testing to ensure compliance with APRA regulations.
- Structure and implement recommendations for design‑level and compliance issues, engaging with client departments to discuss findings.
- Lead teams of risk professionals, conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Participate in hiring processes and support HR in onboarding appropriate skill sets.
Technical Qualifications
Relevant experience in Risk Advisory and Assurance domain with knowledge of Operational Risk, Compliance frameworks, GRC tools, and control assurance policies.Understanding of banking and financial services industry and familiarity with regulations such as APRA.Experience in risk consulting – client issue understanding, proposal development, solution planning, and execution.Ability to develop cross‑functional knowledge of risk management policies and procedures.Flexibility to work onsite in Australia and represent Genpact Risk Advisory Services.Professional Attributes
