We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Traralgon,Vic (local base) . In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll oversee the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and contractors
• Supervise mechanical maintenance of turbines, boilers, pumps, and auxiliary systems
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
• Support asset reliability and plant performance improvements
• Contribute to long‑term site transition and decommissioning planning
