The opportunity supports the development and promotion of strategic growth opportunities across all AIA’s distribution segments, including new business growth in large superannuation funds, corporate life and health, and other large Group Scheme opportunities (traditional and non-traditional). The role focuses on maximizing sales and strategic growth of the corporate life including health business lines through brokers.
Responsibilities
- To do this successfully you will :
- Have relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other industry related studies
- 3-5 years Life insurance experience with a deep understanding of the superannuation and group life insurance industry
- Experienced in selling B2B propositions, with a particular competency in detail, execution and agility to review plans for success
- Advanced knowledge of partner needs, behaviours and preferences with regards to Life Insurance and membership growth
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, development of propositions and differentiated proposals in a B2B environment
- Well-developed networking skills
- Impeccable negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Acts and Legislation that govern the industry
