Physiotherapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program

Overview

Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes. We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team. You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders. With on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans' affairs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home
• Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care
• Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
• Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers
