Responsibilities
- Build reusable, cloud-ready data pipelines for ML, reporting, and compliance.
- Enhance the research data warehouse with scalable, efficient architectures.
- Turn complex business logic into production-grade transformations.
- Write clean, modular code that meets platform standards.
- Integrate pipelines into CI / CD workflows with robust logging and observability.
- Collaborate in sprints, peer reviews, and planning to drive continuous improvement.
- Support testing and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document logic flows and data lineage for auditability and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven experience delivering production-ready data solutions in collaborative teams.Strong ETL design skills, plus solid SQL and Python expertise.Hands‑on experience with data warehouses / lakes and AWS (Terraform, Lambda, ECS / EC2).Familiarity with CI / CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions) and observability practices.Knowledge of data quality, test automation, and compliance standards.Clear communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.Exposure to regulated environments and data governance challenges.Please note : only Perth-based candidates can be considered for this role.
