• We’re looking for a
• Field Service Manager
• to join our Service team in
• Brisbane, QLD.
• In this position, you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our Service team, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.
• Planning and delivering repair / maintenance works
• Monitoring material inventory control and technician rostering
• Managing performance and skill development of the team
• Spending time out in the field developing business relationships
• Develop and maintain customer satisfaction
• Mechanical / Electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience from Construction or Vertical Transport Industries desired
• Full drivers’ licence
• Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
• Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact
• High emotional intelligence
