About the Role
We’re currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Male Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Tweed, NSW .
Responsibilities
- Supporting participants to achieve independence and reach personal goals
- Assisting with daily living tasks including personal care, transport, and community access
- Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families
- Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion in everything you do
