Tele Sales (Cold Calling Agent)

Job description

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products and services.

Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to provide suitable solutions.

Maintain a persuasive and enthusiastic attitude to engage clients effectively.

Accurately record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert them to sales.

Provide ongoing reports to management regarding call outcomes and sales activities.

Continuously enhance product knowledge to better address customer inquiries and objections.

Proven experience in tele sales or similar sales role, preferably in cold calling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.

Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
