We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at JLT Public Sector (a company of Marsh). This role will be based in the Brisbane – Newstead office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
• Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers.
• Providing analysis of claims as required.
• Preparing necessary correspondence to advance / resolve claims.
• Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required.
