Job descriptionTertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending). Current car and driver’s licence. WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check or willingness to obtain these. A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals. 26 weeks paid parental leave. Fitness Passport membership. 26 rostered days off (RDOs) per year. Flexible work options including full-time or part-time, work from home, and compressed 9-day fortnight. An extra week of annual leave after 3 years (five weeks per year, every year). Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community.
- Deliver assessments and interventions including functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs.
- Manage a reduced caseload tailored to your interests.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Participate in formal weekly 1 : 1 supervision with experienced clinicians.
- Build strong client relationships and celebrate client achievements.
