What's on offer? As an Interior Design Team Manager you will drive a high-performing Interior and Joinery Design team, to deliver a market leading customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, developing and managing performance, capabilities and KPI's of your team. You will ensure the showroom selection experience enhances our overall customer experience and that customers are given a personalised design service, guidance and advice with selections. Your role will involve :
- Ongoing people development, leading proactive behaviours
- Workforce planning and workflow management
- Enhance, manage and support the Showroom strategy
- Communicate key business and customer messages, timeframes and milestones
