Café Manager – Central Cairns

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Dynamic Role

We’re looking for an energetic Café Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations at our centrally located Cairns Café. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and has a passion for customer service.

About the Role

As Café Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead the front‑of‑house team, and work closely with the Chef to deliver a smooth and professional service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring excellent customer relations, managing rosters, stock, and staff, and keeping the café running efficiently.
