The role
In this permanent full‑time role, you will be a trusted partner to our Health portfolio and will have a fantastic opportunity to lead a high performing team, supporting business leaders across several national allied health brands to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Working in a dynamic environment with a growing team, you will use your broad P&C Partnering experience to lead and deliver a range of high‑impact strategic initiatives and interventions, including change management, cultural interventions, acquisitions and integration, and engagement & retention.

Bringing your exceptional communication and influencing skills and a proactive approach, you will be confident building and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will also have strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage and deliver on a broad range of priorities.
