Food and Beverage Attendant | Champagne Bar at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Deliver exceptional, personalised service in a luxury hotel setting, aligning with the property’s standards and guest experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in alignment with the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits, with precision and attention to presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide a seamless and memorable experience.
• Process orders efficiently using POS systems and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
• Uphold cleanliness and organisation of bar areas, glassware, and service stations to the highest hygiene standards.
• Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence” through serving guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring requests are quickly and efficiently fulfilled.
• Ensure all guests receive personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved.
• Embody the art of French hospitality with a “can do” attitude.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, restocking, and rotation of supplies.
• Collaborate closely with Ambassadors and Supervisors to ensure smooth service and uphold team standards.
