Job description

ntegration Developer - 12 Month Contract

Sydney | $1,000 / day | Hybrid Working

We're looking for a skilled Integration Developer to join a 12-month CRM and marketing automation transformation program. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration and integration solutions across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Marketo platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Specialists, and Functional SMEs to define data mapping rules and resolve data quality issues.
  • Develop and execute Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Support multiple test migration cycles, performing data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and marketing systems efficiently and securely.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects, ideally within large-scale CRM or marketing automation transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo data migration, integration, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and data transformation; SQL experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills in fast-paced, agile environments.
