Join NAB’s Group Innovation team to support customer‑centric innovation across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality analysis, requirements, and recommendations to support the end‑to‑end innovation process from idea through to fully scaled proposition.
- Define and develop innovative solutions that deliver value to customers and business stakeholders, ensuring new products meet customer needs and align with the product vision.
- Partner with the Associate Director Innovation to ensure incubated propositions are implemented to address key design hypotheses.
- Work across a broad range of stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and technical considerations relevant to the product.
- Facilitate customer interviews and research to ensure insights inform proposition progression and decisions.
- Use research and data analysis to assist in the design, prioritisation, and delivery of product iterations, enhancements, and fixes.
- Drive customer analysis and evolve customer understanding through the systemic use of customer metrics.
- Support the collation, assessment, and sizing of a backlog for delivery, including documenting user stories and business requirements for agile teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a large‑scale complex organisation within Financial Services.Proven experience eliciting business requirements from quantitative and qualitative data.Experience conducting analysis using various methodologies to develop insights and recommendations for product innovation.Hands‑on experience with analysing customer needs, including conducting customer interviews and testing.Experience in financial and commercial analysis such as product pricing, margin analysis, and business case development.Proven experience working within an Agile software development environment and Human‑Centred Design expertise.Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with frameworks and tools to analyze structured and unstructured data.A passion for solving real customer problems and developing best‑practice standards.Inclusive Workplace
