• Partner directly with Operations Managers to attract, engage, and hire talented dentists and clinicians across Australia and beyond.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment— from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Utilise cutting‑edge systems and tools to drive a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines and maintain long‑term relationships with clinicians.
• Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives that support Abano’s growth and clinical excellence.
