VENUE MANAGER

About the role

At Pearla and co', we are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our waterfront establishment in North Fremantle, WA. This is a full-time role responsible for leading a talented team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a new venue.

What you'll be doing

• Managing all aspects of the venue's operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance
• Overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, increase profitability, and enhance the customer experience
• Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment and providing effective leadership and mentorship to staff
• Ensuring the venue adheres to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the venue's success
• Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Working with the Kitchen team to understand a knowledge-first menu that will pride itself on provenance and technique that will inspire the team and customers
