About the Role
As a B2B Project Coordinator , you’ll manage all aspects of project delivery, from first-mile logistics through to onsite installation. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Supply Chain teams to execute complex fulfilment projects across Australia, delivering operational excellence for every client.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the movement of deliveries from suppliers and warehouses through to installers and client sites.
- Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and installation providers.
- Support quoting, scheduling, and milestone tracking for commercial projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align operations, sales, and client timelines.
- Take full ownership of client communication post-sales win to ensure clear, consistent updates and lead successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with site access and induction requirements.
- Tackle onsite issues and drive quick, practical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement as the B2B model scales and evolves.
What We’re Looking For
Supply Chain experience is essential; only candidates with this background will be considered.Furniture or interiors background is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage 3PL, freight, or installation partners.Hands‑on mindset with a focus on operational excellence.Confidence using systems to track deliveries, POs, and milestones.Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment with evolving processes.Experience in office fit‑out, homewares, or logistics coordination is highly regarded.Why You’ll Love It Here
