Program Lead – Major Banking Transformation

We’re establishing a large-scale program to integrate a recently acquired subsidiary into the Group’s core banking platform — a full transformation spanning Customer, Loans, Deposits, and Payments.

This is a senior leadership role that sits close to the Steering Committee, responsible for setting up and guiding the program, coordinating domain leads, and overseeing delivery across multiple vendors and partners.

About the role

As Program Lead, you’ll help shape and drive a complex, multi-stream program at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll establish governance structures, align delivery teams, and ensure consistent progress across GroupCo and SubCo.

You’ll work directly with executive sponsors, domain leads, and external partners to bring the program to life — ensuring the right focus, cadence, and outcomes at every stage.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, setup, and delivery of the Core Banking Migration / Integration Program.
• Coordinate and align multiple delivery partners in a multi-vendor environment.
• Support the formation of Program and Domain Lead Teams across Customer, Loans, Deposits, and Payments.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and program-level reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure integrated delivery outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across GroupCo and SubCo to enable collaboration and pace.

You’re a senior delivery leader who’s comfortable operating in complex, high-visibility environments. You bring structure, confidence, and calm to large transformation programs and you know how to align diverse teams toward a common goal.
