The role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building the technology that empowers our customers to move forward with confidence. You’ll help create intuitive, secure and scalable systems—working across the stack and with passionate people who genuinely care about what we’re building and who we’re building it for.
You’ll bring product ideas to life—building applications that make it easier for small businesses to access the tools and funding they need to succeed. You’ll be working in a modern, microservices‑based environment and collaborating with product, design and engineering teammates to create experiences that are simple, fast and reliable.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering product features with quality, care and attention to detail
- Taking ownership of technical problems and solving them independently
- Getting to the root of issues and putting long‑term solutions in place
- Trying out new tools and techniques — and sharing what you learn with others
- Ensuring systems are well monitored, observable and secure
- Keeping security and customer privacy top of mind throughout the SDLC
- Contributing to a team culture that values impact, collaboration and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
Hands‑on experience with .NET Framework / Core and React with TypeScript (including hooks and component‑based architecture)Proven ability to integrate front‑end applications with first‑ and third‑party APIsUnderstanding of modern software architecture patterns and microservicesFamiliarity with accessibility standards across web and mobileExperience with CI / CD tools and practicesProficient in Git and modern build tools (e.g. Webpack, npm)A genuine passion for software development, with a strong focus on clean code, performance and securityWhat we offer
