We are looking for a driven and meticulous individual to join our team as a Climate Analyst . This position involves completing the Climate Risk Questionnaire and Climate Risk Assessment by collecting and analyzing relevant data from reliable sources such as disclosures, annual reports, and client interactions. The goal is to evaluate and present a clear analysis of clients’ climate-related risks and opportunities for credit risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Business
Deliver timely, relevant, and concise climate risk analysis for a portfolio of existing and potential clients of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).
Support Field Account Managers or Group Account Managers in preparing for client meetings by contributing to the Climate Risk Questionnaire and compiling necessary data for well-informed evaluations.
Assist in the development of client presentations and decks when required.
Recommend actionable steps to address any “Risk Triggers” identified in prior assessments.
Analyze trends across industries or geographies , depending on the current focus, to support strategic decision-making.
