We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Donor Development and Engagement Team Leader to drive donor acquisition, engagement, and retention across our individual giving programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of 2‑4 direct reports, regular giving, appeal campaigns, and donor journeys with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and data‑driven decision making.
Aligned with Beyond Blue’s Strategy 2023+ : Earlier, Easier, Together, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Fundraising and Development Strategy 2023–28, ensuring financial targets and engagement milestones are met.
