What’s on offer

Hybrid : 3 WFH days. Paperless system.

Balanced if managing : Caseload capped at 70 matters with paralegal + secretary support.

Higher case load if not managing : Senior Associate capped at 190 matters, dedicated team.

Leadership : Manage and mentor 2 lawyers (optional, if you want the Managing Lawyer path).

Pay clarity : Competitive base + transparent bonus.

What you bring

3+ years PAE in WC / WID.

Proven success running a busy caseload for at least 3 years.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client skills.

Calm, organised, outcome-focused.
