Due to their success, they have created an opportunity for an Investment Analyst.

About the role

This is an integral role, responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and strategic support to the investment & asset management teams, with a focus on evaluating potential acquisitions and supporting the existing portfolio. These acquisitions span core, value‑add, and opportunistic investment strategies across Australia and all real estate sectors.

Key responsibilities include :

Investment & Acquisition Analysis

• Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and support transaction execution for new acquisitions.
• Build and maintain financial models for new transactions.
• Assist in negotiations of acquisition terms, development agreements, and term sheets.
• Prepare investment committee papers and presentations for stakeholders.
• Represent at investor meetings, supplier engagements, and industry events.
• Liaise with external advisors and collaborate with regional teams on cross‑border opportunities.
• Contribute to capital raising and maintain investor relations.
