Our community is growing, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Town Planner to join our Statutory Planning and Certification team.

About the role
- Assess and determine Development Applications and other land use planning applications with precision and care.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning systems and service delivery.
- Actively participate in integrated planning efforts and contribute to the overall management of the organisation.
Qualifications
Have a relevant qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent skills and experience.Strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Local Government Act.Exceptional communication, negotiation and customer service skills.A proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration within a dynamic planning environment.What we are offering
