We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter and team leader to join our Office and Professional team in this pivotal leadership role.

The Role

As Team Lead – Office and Professional, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations while partnering with the National Recruitment Services Manager to shape and deliver strategy. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leadership & People Development : Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of Recruitment Consultants - providing guidance, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their best.
• Client Management : Build and manage key client relationships to ensure exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term retention.
• Own Your Desk : Run your own established temporary desk end-to-end – from lead management through to candidate care and placement.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Business Development : Drive growth in our temporary and permanent recruitment division by winning new business and developing and nurturing client accounts.
• Team Growth : Recruit, onboard, and develop new consultants to support our vision and strategy.
• Culture Champion : Foster a motivated, high-energy team environment that encourages fun and team work.
