Inbound Sales Consultant

Overview

We are currently looking for Customer Sales Consultants for our Glazing Division located in either Brisbane or Tullamarine areas. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and sales backgrounds and a positive can-do attitude. This position offers the option to work from home, with required in-office training and upskilling.

About the role

• Be responsible for first call resolutions of our customers domestic and commercial glass replacement needs
• Work closely with the Sales, Planning and Glazing teams
• Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support from experienced team members
• Flexible rostering between 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays 8.30am to 4.00pm
