About the Role :

Lead and manage aquatic operations to deliver safe, high‑quality services for the Hume community. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, oversees lifeguard recruitment and training, and maintains facility operations to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure health and safety compliance with Royal Lifesaving Society guidelines and Safer Public Pools Code of Practice.
• Supervise lifeguard teams, including recruitment, training, and rostering.
• Oversee facility maintenance and contractor work for safety and quality.
• Manage administrative processes including rosters, timesheets, and training records.
• Assist in developing staff training plans and promoting a safety‑focused culture.
