Job descriptionManaging a portfolio of around 165 properties with full support for leasing, accounting, and administration. Conducting inspections, Entry Condition Reports, and overseeing vacate processes. Acting as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring effective communication and updates. Ensuring compliance with Queensland property laws and maintaining high standards for property care. At least 3 years of experience in senior-level property management. A current Queensland real estate license. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong understanding of property laws. KPI-based bonuses and referral commissions. Company vehicle, mobile, and AirPods for work. Excellent support structure with dedicated leasing and administration teams.
A permanent full-time role within a supportive work environment for Senior Property Managers and Real Estate Professionals to enhance property management efficiency for a leading property agency.
- Requires : Senior-level property management experience and a valid Queensland real estate license.
- Salary guide : $80,000 - $90,000 per annum.
- Location : Brisbane South Area.
