The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Resilience Manager to take the lead on CTM’s technology-driven resilience programs, driving business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response efforts. You’ll play a key role within our IT Operations and Security team, helping us stay prepared, protected, and ready for anything.

This is a specialist role focused on ensuring our critical technology systems and supporting processes are prepared, tested, and aligned with internal standards and external obligations. You’ll work closely with leaders across Technology, Information Security, and Enterprise Risk to build and embed effective, repeatable resilience practices across the group.

In this key role, you’ll :

• Lead and improve resilience practices across the business
• Run engaging BCP / DR simulations and incident response exercises
• Create training that empowers both techies and non-techies
• Drive security awareness and preparedness with energy and creativity
• Collaborate across teams to make sure we’re always ready to respond

You'll work at the heart of our IT Operations and Security team partnering with risk, tech, and leadership to make resilience part of our DNA.
