Pinstripe Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Strata Manageror a Property Manager ready to take the next step in their careerfor a fantastic opportunity servicing the Lake Macquarie region.

Our client is expanding due to continued growth and is looking for a capable confident individual to join their professional team. Youll be managing a diverse and growing portfolio of schemes spanning from The Central Coast and Lower Hunter.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of a residential / commercial strata portfolio
• Prepare meeting agendas minutes and correspondence
• Maintain strata rolls and up-to-date building records
• Liaise with owners committees and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance repairs and supplier relationships
• Prepare budgets and manage financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices
