Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Fitout Contractor to join their dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fitout projects adhere to the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality practices. This role is crucial in maintaining their reputation for delivering safe, compliant, and top-quality fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HSEQ management plans for fitout projects.
• Manage inspections and audits to ensure HSEQ supervisors are compliant with regulations and company standards.
• Provide HSEQ management and guidance while supporting the project teams and supervisors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the review and approval process completed by Supervisors by subcontractors' HSEQ documentation and practices.
• Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainable practices where possible.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure all permits and licenses are in place.
• Prepare and deliver HSEQ reports to senior management.
