Food & Beverage Attendant | Brewery Bar + Kitchen

Brewery Bar + Kitchen forms part of our Hotel Precinct based at Sydney Olympic Park. Our Precinct is home to major sporting, music and entertainment events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and reservations.
- Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and maximise sales through suggestive selling.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and temperature are maintained.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, restaurant, and service areas.
- Follow all Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and servicing functions and events as required.
