ICT Account Manager

Primary Role :
Understanding the Australian Educational MarketProficient understanding of Meshed Group products and servicesProficient understanding of the Australian educational markets (VET, CRICOS, ELICOS, HE)Proficient understanding of student management systems-related software (LMS, Accounting software, etc.)Good understanding of Meshed Group competitors in VET, CRICOS, ELICOS and HE marketsIdeally, you have knowledge and experience in the continuing education sector or experience working across solution sales in specific industry sectors including digital or other service sectors. You have a strong understanding of end-to-end sales activity management and sales methodologies, supported by your analytical mindset with an understanding of measures of performance and sales funnel.
With a collaborative and nimble working style, you thrive in fast-moving cultures. You can communicate and present to stakeholders of various senior levels and tailor your style accordingly; you are extremely self-aware and know how to read the room.
Report to : Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role of ICT Account Manager is an important cog in the Sales Team and is expected to work as a team in assisting with driving and delivering sales growth with new and existing clients. The role responsibilities also include sales analysis, customer proposals, end-to-end sales process including product demonstrations, sales presentations, and promotion management. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in Sales and develop into Senior Account Management.
Primary Tasks
Account Management
Implement lead generating strategiesUnderstand clients' business goals and align solutions to meet their specific needsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesMonitor service performance, handle escalations, and resolve client concernsKeep informed of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teamsPrepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and strategies to meet client objectivesContribute feedback to product and development teams to improve service offerings and align with evolving client demandsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, interactions, and project milestones using HubSpot CRMConduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address needs, and explore new opportunitiesExpand current leads list / documentationIdentify and contact monthly new CRICOS entity registrationsIdentify and post marketing collateral to new HE registrationsConduct potential leads researchIdentify key contacts to target new sales revenueExperienced in upselling and cross-selling ICT products and feature modules within the Meshed RTO and Meshed HE platforms to enhance client system capability and engagementManage Sales Leads
Qualify sales leads from incoming sales enquiries via phone or emailSend Meshed RTO and Meshed HE product information for the purpose of sales generationConduct lead follow ups on ICT products and feature modules within the Meshed RTO and Meshed HE platformsProvide relevant updates to ManagementHigh-level understanding of Meshed Group competitors’ product offerings, pricing, market positioningGeneral understanding of client business workflow processGeneral understanding on client SMS workflow processKey Performance Metrics
