In this role, you will leverage your skills in account management to oversee invoicing, claims processing, and account reconciliation. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, following up on overdue invoices, and resolving outstanding claims.Key Responsibilities Include : Following up on overdue invoices by sending copies and proof of delivery to customers.Investigating and resolving claims related to overpricing, returns, and short deliveries.Contacting customer stores and Head Offices for payment updates and claim rejections.Gathering references for new account applications.Predicting end-of-month (EOM) collection values and reporting daily cash position updates to the Manager.Ensuring all account files and records are maintained accurately for ease of retrieval.Actively promoting and adhering to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Injury Management policies.Identifying and addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.Ensuring compliance with company Quality Control, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property policies.We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have : Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or a similar role.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, are desirable.The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Key Attributes : Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and responsibilities.Responsible attitude, with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.Helpful and proactive approach, always willing to assist and support team members.What we offer you : Competitive compensation packageA fun and rewarding team environmentOpportunity to work for an Australian Stock Exchange listed companyEmployee assistance programPaid parental leave policyEmployee discounts of up to 50% on all our electrical productsCorporate health and wellness benefitsTo ApplyCome and make your mark with this global leader by applying today via the Apply Now button.Please note Breville Group will never ask applicants through email, phone, text message, or direct message on social media to provide identity documents, personal details, or financial information such as bank details.Breville Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
