Role Overview
The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing their dream home — from initial enquiry to contract signing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective home buyers at display homes or appointments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Present and explain home designs, inclusions, and pricing options.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure a smooth handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and client communications.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in new home or property sales (required).Strong knowledge of residential construction and design processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional, well‑presented, and customer‑focused.Reliable, motivated, and results‑driven.Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.What We Offer
