About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the COO this role leads the People and Culture function. Supported by a P&C Administrator you will partner with senior leaders the board and managers across multiple countries to deliver both strategic and operational HR outcomes. This is a hands on position balancing global projects with local delivery and plays a critical role in strengthening company culture and supporting business growth. This role is office based with flexiblity to support work life balance.
