Tender Manager – Heavy Machinery

As Tender Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full tendering process – from identifying opportunities and preparing submissions, to coordinating input from stakeholders and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with senior management, sales, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality, competitive proposals that position the business for success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end tender and bid processes across civil, government, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop winning strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and operational input.Prepare compelling, compliant tender submissions and presentations.Maintain and develop tender libraries, pricing tools, and documentation templates.Monitor market activity and upcoming opportunities to support business growth.Ensure all submissions align with company capabilities, profitability targets, and compliance standards.About You
