- Leading daily restaurant operations with energy and excellence

- Hiring, training, and coaching your team for long-term success
- Managing rosters, inventory, cost control, and compliance
- Owning Food Safety and WHS standards in your restaurant
- Creating a welcoming, fun, and high-performance team culture

About you
